From Thursday, May 1st, through Sunday, May 4th, Daier will be observing the International Worker’s Day holiday.   • Customer Support & Account Management: While our primary operations will pause, we understand the critical nature of B2B support. During the May 1st-4th period, please anticipate slower-than-usual response times for inquiries directed to our business client support teams and account managers. Our team members will be observing the holiday, leading to reduced immediate availability. We assure you that all urgent matters will be logged, and we will endeavor to provide necessary assistance, though comprehensive responses may be prioritized upon our full return.

  • Order Processing & Logistics: For our business clients, while large-scale fulfillment and complex logistical arrangements might see some planning adjustments around this period, we aim to minimize disruption. Any specific project timelines or shipment schedules that might be impacted will be communicated directly by your account managers where possible. General shipping and logistics for new bulk orders placed during this window will resume processing on May 5th.
