What we provide
In electrical manufacturing, switches are an important type of component used in a variety of applications. Switches control current flow and ensure the safe operation of equipment, and they come in a variety of shapes and sizes, often selected for the specific needs of the equipment.
Some switches are designed to handle high currents, while others are designed to be more durable or provide a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. Regardless of the application, switches are an essential part of the appliance manufacturing process.
Daier Electron is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with many years of design and manufacturing experience and is the market leader in rocker switches, toggle switches and micro switches. From tiny instruments to large machinery, OEM design engineers trust our products not just for their style, but for their performance.
Engineers need to be thoughtful when designing electrical systems for mechanical equipment. Because seemingly small parts may have a significant impact on the safety performance of the entire mechanical equipment. One of the important components is the switch of the machine.
Switches are important components in any electrical appliance. It is responsible for establishing the connection between the power supply and the device. Without the switch, the device will not function.
While most switches are made of metal, some are made of plastic or other materials. Polycarbonate is a strong and durable material that can withstand high temperatures and shocks. It’s also a good insulator, which means it prevents electrocution. This makes it an ideal material for switches, which is why it is so widely used in appliance manufacturing.
Every product we make is designed for simplicity and versatility and manufactured with the highest quality. We have the most advanced real-time production capabilities in the industry, allowing us to quickly and cost-effectively deliver customized products to solve unique and challenging applications.
Widely used for its unparalleled quality and aesthetics, Daier Electron is the most recognized switching brand in the industry.
Main types of Equipment manufacturing switches
Equipment manufacturing switches are mainly divided into three types: electrical, electronic and pneumatic. Electrical switches are the most common type of switch used in equipment manufacturing. They are used to control the current flow through the circuit. Electronic switches are used to control the flow of electrons through a circuit. Pneumatic switches are used to control the flow of air through the circuit.
The type of switch selected for manufacturing machinery is critical. Find the right switch for you by learning about the types of switches below.
TOGGLE SWITCH
Toggle switches allow you to control the circuit on or off by toggling the lever back and forth. This compact and durable toggle switch is easy to operate with your thumb, even while wearing gloves. It is ideal for manufacturing where fast, reliable changeovers are required. In addition, it is small in size and easy to operate, and is also widely used in electronic equipment.
Advantage
- Adapt to the harsh environment
- Easy to operate
- Accept customization
MICRO SWITCH
Micro switches, also known as snap-action switches, operate by using a spring-loaded lever to open and close two internal coordinates inside the device. Micro switches are inexpensive parts that last a long time. And some parts can withstand more than 10 million cycles before failing. These switches are used in a variety of different applications such as machine tools, medical equipment, automated teller machines (ATMs), semiconductor manufacturing, food service equipment, and more.
Advantage
- Wide application
- Reasonable price
ROCKER SWITCH
Rocker switches are one of the most common types of switches in electronics. They are often used to turn devices such as computers, speakers, and lights on and off. Rocker switches are easy to use and available in a variety of sizes, shapes and colors.
ROCKER SWITCH is used in a wide variety of applications due to its robust construction and reliable performance: instrument front panels, electrical equipment, home appliances computers and peripherals, telecommunications, audio/video equipment, industrial equipment, and more.
Advantage
- Easy to use
- Reliable performance
PUSH BUTTON SWITCH
The push button switch is a main electrical appliance with a simple structure and a wide range of applications. In the electrical automatic control circuit, the button switch is usually used to issue a start or stop command in the circuit to control the on-off of the coil current of the electromagnetic starter, contactor, relay and other electrical appliances.
Typically, each pushbutton switch has more than two pairs of contacts. Each pair of contacts consists of a normally open contact NO and a normally closed contact NC. When the button is pressed, the two pairs of contacts act simultaneously, the normally closed contact opens and the normally open contact closes.
Advantage
- Simple structure
- Wide application
INDICATOR LIGHT
Indicator lights, also known as “indicators,” “signals,” “signals,” or “indicators,” are widely used on many machines and equipment to indicate operating conditions or whether power is on. They come in a variety of colors and voltages. INDICATOR LIGHT has amazing energy savings and is used in a wide variety of industries including automotive, aerospace and manufacturing.
Advantage
- Easy to install and maintain
- Wide application
FUSE HOLDER
A fuse holder is a device used to hold a fuse in place. It is usually made of metal or plastic and has two terminals to which the fuse is attached. The terminals may be screws, clips or just plain metal contacts. A fuse holder also has a wire that connects to a load, such as a light bulb or appliance.
Fuse holders are used to protect circuits from overload. The fuse is placed in the holder for easy replacement if it blows. The bracket also prevents the fuse from vibrating and bouncing, which could cause the fuse to break.
Advantage
- Available in a variety of sizes
- Available in a variety of shapes
POWER OUTLET
Power outlets are also known as power outlets, AC outlets, power outlets, etc. Almost all electrical devices use power outlets to connect the electrical devices to the power supply. Power plugs and receptacles differ from each other in voltage and current ratings, shapes, sizes, and connector types. Different plug and socket systems have been standardized, and different parts of the world use different standards.
Power outlets are widely used in TVs, set-top boxes, DVD players, DVR recorders, AV equipment, power supply units, industrial equipment and peripherals, etc.
Advantage
- Wide application
- Low cost and convenience
Tact Switch
A tact switch is a momentary switch commonly used in electronic and industrial equipment. Unlike toggle switches, tact switches only activate briefly when pressed. When the switch is released, it returns to its original position. Tact switches come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and designs and are typically used in applications requiring momentary action.
Tact switches are widely used in instruments and equipment, toys, fax machines, audio equipment, medical equipment, consumer electronics, testing equipment and many other fields with their low price and stable quality.
Advantage
- Low cost
- Stable quality
