Micro Tact Switch

Daier's micro tact switches actuators are available in heights from 0.5 mm to 17.0 mm and operating forces from 70 gf to 260 gf.  Tactile switches offer SPST circuits with a choice of surface-mount or through-hole mounting, and various terminations including gull-wing, short crimped, or long crimped. These switches can operate between -40°C and +85°C for 300,000 cycles, making tactile switches suitable for office equipment, consumer electronics and industrial applications.

6X6 Tact Switch

Daier's 6 mm x 6 mm tactile electromechanical pushbutton switches are momentary, normally open, printed mounted switches. They are typically used in many consumer electronic devices such as interface control panels, instruments, keyboards or keypad applications. 6 x 6 Tact switches are available in through-hole or SMD mounting with solder terminals. Switching current is 50 mA max. And switching voltage is 12 VDC max. They provide reliable tactile feedback on input, are simple to assemble, and have a long service life (over 100,000 actuations).

8X8 Tact Switch

The 8x8 tact switch series is a sealed radial lead through-hole switch with radial package. Tactile switches are divided into two types and including normal and waterproof (IP67 grade). IP67 grade protects against dust and moisture. These momentary tactile switches can be selected with different operating forces. This series of tactile switches has an expected life of 100,000 cycles and an operating temperature range of -25 to 85°C. Tact push button switches are typically used in appliances, medical equipment, test/instrumentation, etc.

12X12 Tact Switch

12x12 tact switches offer reliable dome contact technology with strong tactile/audible feedback and a wide selection of operating forces. Different contact materials can be selected, and certain models have multiple cover options. This series of tactile switches is 12mm x 12mm with vertical and right angle mounting designs. With an expected life of 100,000 cycles, these tactile switches are durable and can operate over a temperature range of -20 to 70°C.

Waterproof Tact Switch

Daier waterproof tactile switches are available with soft rubber actuators and plastic actuators. These actuators are available in different heights. Additional features include SPST OFF-ON contact arrangement: 12 VDC, 50 mA contact rating, and 250 VAC insulation strength. These switches have a lifetime is up to 500,000 cycles and the operating temperature range -20°C to +70°C. These tactile switches are rated IP67 for moisture and dust resistance. Common applications for these waterproof tactile switches include wearable/hand held devices, audio/visual equipment, computer peripherals, computer electronics, medical equipment, telecommunications devices, test and instrumentation equipment, etc.

Illuminated Tact Switch

Daier's illuminated tact switch series is designed for surface and PBC mounting and offers a wide selection of illumination colors. These tactile switches are SPST, momentary function, and 160 gf operating force. Illuminated tactile switches have an electrical rating of 50 mA at 12 VDC and a travel of 0.20 mm and have a lifetime of 500,000 cycles. Common applications for these surface mount and PCB mount illuminated tact switches include audio/visual equipment, computer peripherals, consumer electronics, instrumentation, security devices, and medical equipment.
