Daier Quality Control System
Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC)
As part of our role in incoming quality inspection, we have a defined set of responsibilities that we take very seriously:
- Our primary objective is to conduct comprehensive inspections on raw materials, adhering strictly to specific quality standards. This meticulous approach aims to minimize the possibility of introducing any faulty components into the production process.
- To ensure accurate assessment and verification of dimensions, our dedicated team utilizes precise measuring tools such as calipers and projection instruments. This allows us to meticulously verify the received materials’ dimensions and assess their accuracy.
- We employ cutting-edge metal layer analyzers specifically designed for evaluating material composition and thickness of electroplated layers. By utilizing this advanced technology, we can confidently guarantee strict adherence to stringent quality specifications.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
By implementing in-process quality control measures, our companies can ensure the highest level of quality throughout their manufacturing processes. The key activities involved in include:
- Performing self-checks and inspections according to standardized operating procedures, with the aim of preventing the transfer of faulty products to subsequent manufacturing stages.
- Regularly calibrating molds and fixtures to maintain their accuracy and minimize variations that may result in substandard products.
Final Quality Control (FQC)
At the final stage of quality control, our primary objective is to ensure the utmost precision and reliability. In the last phase of our quality control process, we give utmost priority to the following procedures:
- Conducting comprehensive inspections on finished products using state-of-the-art equipment and instruments. This enables us to detect any concealed problems that may not be apparent to the naked eye, guaranteeing the detection and resolution of any electrical performance-related faults.
- Employing specialized fixtures to assess conductivity and ensure precise electrical connections.
- Utilizing micro-ohmmeters to measure contact resistance and verify the absence of defective switches. Our thorough methodology ensures a superior level of quality control throughout every step of the process.
Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
In the process of outgoing quality control, we perform several critical tasks to ensure the highest level of product quality:
- We conduct batch sampling inspections on products scheduled for shipment, along with destructive life tests. This meticulous approach significantly reduces the likelihood of delivering any defective items to our esteemed customers.
- To guarantee water resistance and the integrity of waterproof switches, we carry out thorough bubble tests.
- With the use of specialized instruments, we meticulously evaluate the tactile feedback of key switches. Our goal is to provide a satisfying user experience with every interaction.
- Mechanical life tests and electrical life tests are conducted to assess the longevity and durability of switches under rated current and voltage conditions.
- Imported environmental testing machines are employed to evaluate the resistance of switches to extreme temperatures and humidity levels.
- Versatile testing equipment is utilized to evaluate insulation resistance and electrical strength, ensuring that our products meet stringent safety standards.
