Hook Switch

An electronic hook switch is a device that electronically connects a wireless headset and a telephone. EHS uses predefined signaling. You can use a Bluetooth headset or DECT headset.

The user can only use the headset to handle the call, so that the call is no longer left by the phone. Switching from earpiece to headset is usually done by pressing a specific button.
